Silver Oaks Chateau has been designed for accommodating large and yet intimate events. The Chateau, which resides on a 28-acre private estate. This Venue has been intentionally designed for celebrations combining aesthetics & practicality for the perfect wedding.

With its old-world charm and French country manor feel, Their venue is the ideal setting for a sophisticated and classic wedding. Offering a bridal suite complete with vanity stations and privacy.  The Grand Hall, has been set with iron accents and spectacular views and an outdoor patio that overlooks the Oak Woodland Prairie and Oak Forest Reserve.   You can not go wrong at this venue.  Silver Oaks Chateau is practically set-up to produce a charming and stylish wedding.

The Grand Hall at the Chateau will easily seat over 250 guest at tables.  Many of the exposed beams that frame our foyer and Grand Hall were harvested directly from the woods surrounding the estate. Our outdoor patio is complete with a brick wood-burning fireplace for brisk evenings, a large bar, and gorgeous view of the surrounding land.

When you book your wedding there, the venue belongs exlcusively to you for the day. The estate offers uniquely beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception locations.

At the venue they have 300 outdoor chairs, 300 indoor chairs, 30 66” round tables, 30 8′ rectangles tables, 5 cocktail tables.

With everything they offer, the experience is unlike any other.  From the picturesque grounds to the Lover’s Loft to the day-of event coordination.   Your wedding day will truly be one-of-a-kind and a day you’ll always remember.

One of the things most love about this venue is that it has a distinctive style without being restrictive. The dark wooden beams and large iron chandeliers definitely lend themselves to a more upscale, french chateau look.  But!  On their on website, they have a blog featuring awesome weddings and wonderful vendors.  By far the most popular post this year was a Kate Spade inspired wedding!  This bride brought in pops of hot pink, bold linens and gold chairs; it went perfectly with the space. Their space was designed to be naturally beautiful with minimal work, but for the brides who want to customize for their own unique design- it’s a blank canvas just waiting for your ideas!

With each booking, the future Mr. and Mrs. receive a 12-hour rental, plus the full 28-acre estate—including a bridal suite!   With a day-of event coordinator to assist with the ceremony and reception, brides- and grooms-to-be don’t have to lift a finger.   Instead they can focus on the trip down the aisle.
